Active & Lifestyle-Based Support
in the Illawarra
Support that includes movement, fitness and time outdoors, for people who want to stay active and moving forward.

If you like being active, your support should be too. Active and lifestyle-based support builds movement, fresh air and fitness into your week, in whatever form suits your body and your interests.
That might be a daily walk that gets longer over time, a gentle gym program a physio has designed, a swim, time in the garden, or simply getting outside more often. I am an outdoors person myself, so this is support I bring real energy to.
Movement that fits you
This is not about pushing anyone. It is about finding movement you actually enjoy and making it a habit. We start where you are and build gradually, paying attention to how you feel on the day. Where you have exercise recommendations from a physiotherapist, exercise physiologist or doctor, I help you follow them consistently.
Outdoors in the Illawarra
We live in a beautiful part of the world, and being out in it does more for mood and health than almost anything else. Beach walks, coastal paths, parks, lookouts, quiet bush tracks: with support alongside, places that felt out of reach become part of your routine again.
Confidence and independence through activity
Staying active protects strength, balance and independence, and it builds confidence in a way that carries into the rest of life. A weekly walk becomes a weekly outing, becomes a reason to get up and ready, becomes a habit that is yours.
Every visit can include
- Regular walks, building distance and confidence over time
- Support to follow physio or exercise physiology programs
- Outdoor time: beaches, parks, coastal paths and bush tracks
- Company and support at the gym, pool or a class
- Gardening and active jobs around the home
- Encouragement and structure to keep the habit going
How it works
Getting started is simple.
Build your plan
A short questionnaire covers your needs, goals, routines and preferences. Fill it in privately or together, whichever feels more comfortable.
Align expectations
We have a relaxed conversation to clarify the details, answer your questions, and make sure we're both clear on what good support looks like for you.
Ongoing support
Support starts, one-on-one, with clear communication and the flexibility to adjust as your needs change over time.
Questions
About this support.
I am not very fit. Is this still for me?
Absolutely. We start wherever you are, even if that is a five-minute walk to the corner, and build from there at your pace.
Do you design exercise programs?
No. I am not a clinician. Where a physio or exercise physiologist has set a program, I support you to do it safely and consistently.
What if the weather is bad?
We have a plan B. Indoor activity, a swap to another support, or a change of day. Nothing is lost.
