NDIS Disclaimer
How services relate to the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Candice Taylor (ABN 61 510 018 456) provides disability support services to both NDIS participants and private (non-NDIS) clients.
NDIS-funded supports
Where services are funded through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), supports are delivered in line with the participant’s approved NDIS plan and current NDIS pricing arrangements. Candice Taylor operates as an NDIS registered provider and complies with relevant NDIS requirements, including quality and safeguarding obligations.
Scope of services
Services are designed to support individual goals, independence and wellbeing. Candice Taylor does not provide medical, therapeutic or clinical services. Any health-related concerns should be discussed with an appropriate qualified professional.
