Candice Taylor is a sole trader providing disability support services to NDIS participants and private clients across the Illawarra and South Coast regions of New South Wales.

You agree that you will not:

Services are designed to support individuals to live more independently, safely, and meaningfully.

Services may include:

All services are delivered based on individual needs, preferences, goals, and safety considerations.

4. Not Medical or Clinical Advice

Candice Taylor does not provide medical, therapeutic, or clinical services.

Clients should seek advice from qualified medical or allied health professionals for health-related matters.

5. Eligibility and Acceptance of Clients

Services may be provided to:

  • NDIS participants (plan-managed or self-managed)

  • Private (non-NDIS) clients

Services may be declined, modified, or discontinued if:

  • Requested supports fall outside scope

  • Safety risks cannot be reasonably managed

  • The working relationship becomes inappropriate or unsafe

6. Bookings and Availability

All services are subject to availability.

Bookings are confirmed once agreed in writing (email or message). Ongoing services may be reviewed periodically to ensure suitability.

7. Fees and Payments

  • Services are charged on an hourly basis

  • Invoices are issued weekly

  • Payment options include:

    • NDIS plan-managed

    • NDIS self-managed

    • Private invoice

NDIS-funded services comply with current NDIS pricing arrangements.
Private invoices must be paid within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

8. Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a scheduled service.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge

  • Applies to both NDIS and private services

  • No fee applies when adequate notice is provided

9. Changes to Services

Services may be adjusted due to:

  • Client needs or preferences

  • Safety considerations

  • Availability

Where possible, changes will be communicated in advance.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Treat staff with respect and dignity

  • Provide a safe environment for service delivery

  • Communicate changes, risks, or concerns promptly

  • Provide accurate information relevant to support delivery

11. Safety and Duty of Care

A duty of care is owed to all clients and staff.

Services may be paused, modified, or ended if:

  • Safety is compromised

  • Aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour occurs

  • Conditions prevent safe service delivery

12. Complaints and Feedback

Feedback and complaints are welcomed.

Complaints can be submitted via email to contact@taylorsupport.com.au and will be acknowledged within 7 business days.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Liability is limited to the re-supply of services where applicable

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.

14. Termination of Services

Either party may end services with reasonable notice.

Immediate termination may occur where:

  • Safety is at risk

  • There is a serious breach of these Terms

  • Continued service is no longer appropriate

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The current version applies once published on this website.
